To support the delivery of our Services, KYRO may engage and utilize data processors with access to certain Customer Personal Data (each, a "Subprocessor"). This page provides essential information about the identity, location, and role of each Subprocessor. Terms used on this page but not defined have the meaning set forth in the KYRO SaaS Agreement, Data Processing Addendum, or other written agreement between Customer and KYRO (the "Agreement").
Third Parties
KYRO currently engages third-party Subprocessors to provide infrastructure and other services, as well as to assist in customer support and email notifications. Prior to engaging any third-party Subprocessor, KYRO conducts diligence to evaluate their privacy, security, and confidentiality practices, and executes an agreement implementing its applicable obligations.
Subprocessor List
The table below lists the third parties that may process Customer Personal Data in connection with the Services. The “Type” column identifies each entry as: (1) Subprocessor, a provider KYRO engages to process Customer Personal Data on KYRO’s behalf; (2) Customer-Enabled Integration, a third-party service that processes Customer data only if Customer chooses to connect it, and that is governed by Customer’s own agreement with that provider; or (3) KYRO Business Tool, a service KYRO uses for its own sales, marketing, and business operations, and not to process Customer Personal Data on Customer’s behalf. Only entries designated “Subprocessor” are Subprocessors under the DPA.
Geographies. KYRO’s primary systems are hosted in the United States. KYRO’s wholly owned affiliate in India provides engineering and support services and may access Customer Personal Data for those purposes under written terms that provide protection at least equivalent to the DPA.
Updates
As our business grows and evolves, the Subprocessors we engage may change. We will strive to provide the owner of Customer’s account with notice of any new Subprocessors to the extent required under the Agreement, alongside posting such updates here.
