To support the delivery of our Services, KYROmay engage and utilize data processors with access to certain Customer PersonalData (each, a "Subprocessor"). This page provides essentialinformation about the identity, location, and role of each Subprocessor. Termsused on this page but not defined have the meaning set forth in the Terms ofService or superseding written agreement between Customer and KYRO (the "Agreement").
Third Parties
KYRO currently engages third-party Subprocessors to provide infrastructure and other services, as well as to assist in customer support and email notifications. Prior to engaging any third-party Subprocessor, KYRO conducts diligence to evaluate their privacy, security, and confidentiality practices, and executes an agreement implementing its applicable obligations.
