KYRO Technologies, Inc. (“KYRO”) operates the KYRO Alerts text messaging program. By providing your mobile number to KYRO in the KYRO mobile application or web platform and agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive recurring transactional text messages from KYRO, including one-time passcodes for two-factor authentication, account and security alerts, work assignment and storm callout notifications, scheduling and status updates, and receipts. KYRO does not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and work assignments.
• Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
• Carrier Liability: Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by any other reasonable means, including by emailing privacy@kyro.us. If you opt out, you may need to use another method for two-factor authentication. Reply HELP for help, or contact privacy@kyro.us.
