• The Price/Unit stated above do not include any applicable sales or use taxes, excise taxes, consumption taxes, or value added tax (VAT). Any applicable taxes that KYRO is required to collect and remit to a taxing authority will be applied to the invoice and shall be paid by Customer.
• All subscription fees are billed and shall be paid at the beginning of the subscription period.

This Order Form shall be interpreted in accordance with and governed by the KYRO Software as a Service Agreement between the parties with an effective date of Click to select a date (“Agreement”), as well as the KYRO Terms of Service, Terms of Use, Acceptable Use Policy, Data Processing Addendum, and Privacy Policy

In the event of any conflict between this Order Form and the Agreement, the Agreement shall control.
