KYRO Acceptable Use Policy

KYRO is used by many customers, and we're proud of the trust placed in us. In exchange we trust you to use our services responsibly. You agree not to misuse the KYRO services ("Services") or help anyone else to do so.

KYRO is committed to providing innovative solutions and maintaining a safe, secure, and productive environment for all users. To ensure the integrity of our services and the well-being of our community, we have established this Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with the following guidelines. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our Services.

  1. Lawful and Ethical Conduct. Users of KYRO's Services must conduct themselves in a lawful, ethical, and responsible manner at all times. This includes refraining from engaging in, promoting, or encouraging any illegal activity
  2. Respect for Rights. Users must respect the legal rights of others, including but not limited to intellectual property rights. Users shall not infringe upon or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of others in violation of applicable laws, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
  3. Purpose of Use. KYRO's Services are to be used for lawful, legitimate, and ethical purposes only. Users must not utilize our services for any unlawful, invasive, infringing, defamatory, or fraudulent activities.
  4. Security Measures. Users must not intentionally distribute viruses, worms, Trojan horses, corrupted files, hoaxes, or any other items that may cause harm or deceive others. Additionally, users must not attempt to interfere with the use of our Services or the equipment used to provide them by customers or other authorized users.
  5. System Integrity. Users must not probe, scan, test the vulnerability of any system, or attempt to disable, interfere with, or circumvent any aspect of KYRO's Services.
  6. Authorized Access. Users must access KYRO's Services only through our publicly supported interfaces. Any attempt to access our Services by unauthorized means, such as "scraping," is strictly prohibited.
  7. Prevention of Spam. Users must not generate, distribute, publish, or facilitate unsolicited mass email, promotions, advertisements, or other solicitations ("spam") through KYRO's Services.
  8. Policy Compliance. Users are required to comply with this AUP and all other policies and agreements governing the use of KYRO's Services. Failure to comply may result in the suspension or termination of access to our Services.

Additionally, the following acts and/or conduct in connection with the KYRO Services are strictly prohibited:

  1. probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network;
  2. breach or otherwisecircumvent any security or authentication measures;
  3. access, tamper with, or use non-public areas or parts of the Services, or shared areas of the Services you haven't been invited to;
  4. interfere with or disrupt any user, host, or network, for example by sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing any part of the Services;
  5. access, search, or create accounts for the Services by any means other than our publicly supported interfaces (for example, "scraping" or creating accounts in bulk);
  6. send unsolicited communications, promotions or advertisements, or spam;
  7. send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information, including "spoofing" or "phishing";
  8. promote or advertise products or services other than your own without appropriate authorization;
  9. abuse referrals or promotions to get more storage space than deserved;
  10. circumvent storage space limits;
  11. sell, lease, or distribute the Services unless specifically authorized to do so;
  12. publish or share materials that are unlawfully pornographic or indecent, or that contain extreme acts of violence;
  13. advocate bigotry or hatred against any person or group of people based on their race, religion, ethnicity, sex, gender identity, sexual preference, disability, or impairment;
  14. violate the law in any way, including storing, publishing or sharing material that's fraudulent, defamatory, or misleading;
  15. violate the privacy or infringe the rights of others;
  16. modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble (except to the extent applicable laws specifically prohibit such restriction) the Software and/or any part thereof, or create any derivative work based on the Software.

This Acceptable Use Policy is subject to updates and modifications by KYRO from time to time. The AUP in effect at the time you access or use the Services shall control. Any violation of this AUP may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to account suspension or termination.
