Neil Shah is the President and CEO of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA), bringing three decades of global leadership experience across construction, real estate, and technology sectors. Neil has steered CFMA’s growth since 2023, focusing on industry transformation, inclusive community building, and advancing financial management in construction. Previously, Neil led major initiatives at the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), enhancing industry value and advocacy across the Americas and worldwide.
